We provide QS and Cost Management services from Project inception to completion, to ensure accurate Project cost monitoring, control, and reporting.

Our extensive experience enables us to advise and select the best Procurement Strategy possible for our Clients. We are familiar in pursuing procurement routes including Traditional, Design & Build and Two-Stage tenders. We produce all associated documentation required for the tender process, working collaboratively with Project stakeholders.

Our team are familiar with the most commonly adopted forms of Construction Contract, including NEC and JCT. We possess the requisite experience to provide expert contractual advice to Clients, and negotiate on behalf of our Clients. 

Our Chartered Quantity Surveyors are in touch with market prices and factors. We provide accurate cost planning and estimating services to Clients throughout all stages of the Project, from Order of Cost Estimates and viability appraisals through to RIBA Stage 4 and 5 Cost Plans. 

We are able to commercially advise on both the pursuit and defence of construction claims, including providing assistance with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) such as Adjudication Referrals, whilst acting with diplomacy and tact. 

We are able to provide pricing documentation, including Bills of Quantities, in all formats including working to the 'NRM'.
